Bridging the Gap Between History and Policy Workshop

The Max Planck Institute of Geoanthropology in Jena, Germany is hosting a Bridging the Gap Between History and Policy Workshop from December 12th – 13th, 2023. The workshop aims to bring together a variety of interdisciplinary researchers to discuss how working methods can be used to create knowledge and inform policies that address climate change. Invited participants include historians, sustainability experts, systems modellers, and archaeologists. The workshop is sponsored by the Climate Change and History Research Initiative (CCHRI) and will be held in person and available via streaming online.
